About Us
Welcome to the Cain Berlinger Foundation Inc. Our non-profit organization was co-founded in 2022 by Cain Berlinger and Thomas Albert Dunn II with the mission of providing support for LGBTQ+ artists who are POC. We want to celebrate and advocate for diverse lifestyles and allow these communities to express themselves freely. We provide grants for artists and their creations such as short stories, documentaries, novels, full-length plays, musicals, screenplays, long and short films. Our goal is to portray positive stories and experiences surrounding alternative lifestyles.
Who We Are
Cain Berlinger has championed diversity and alternative lifestyles. As a novelist and black gay activist, Cain Berlinger has created the CB Foundation Incorporated to keep this tradition going by advising and assisting writers and other creatives.
Cain Berlinger believes that literature and media are fundamental to the representation and preservation of our culture and that LGBTQ+ POC BDSM/Leather Community and other alternative lifestylers lives are affirmed when our stories are documented, published, and viewed.
CBF is a non-profit organization that provides grants for creative media and literature representations (i.e. documentaries, short stories, novels, full-length plays, musicals, screenplays, short and long films) that feature positive portrayals of diversity and alternative lifestyles.
